E-Motion Veterinary Rehabilitation provides veterinary rehabilitation services, including but not limited to:

• Rehabilitation Therapy
• Pain Management
• Therapeutic Exercises

• Massage Therapy
• Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
• Weight Management
• House Call Services

These services are designed to support pet mobility, comfort, and recovery. Our care plans are tailored to individual pets based on information provided by pet owners, referring veterinarians, and medical records.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcomes for your pet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your pet’s medical history, condition, and medications.
• Follow the rehabilitation and treatment plans, including prescribed exercises or therapies between visits.
• Prepare for house calls as outlined on our website or provided by our team.
• Keep your pet’s medical records accessible for review.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
• If E-Motion Veterinary Rehabilitation must reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and e-transfers.
• Late Payments: Outstanding balances may incur late fees.
• Additional fees may apply for specialized treatments, equipment rentals, or extended house calls.

5. Use of the Website
